What if I need a complete overhaul of my website?

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! Our care plans have no long term contracts. You can cancel at any time.
Does the monthly time rollover?
Monthly time does not roll over. We encourage you to take this time to update your website at least once per month. These updates help customers see your business is active. It also helps to improve your search engine rankings.
What happens if my website goes down or is hacked?
Our website care plans take preventative measures to prevent your website from being compromised. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but we can promise that we’ll do everything in our power to prevent it. If the worst occurs we will assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website using the automated backups our care plans provide.
What happens if an update breaks something on my website?
We do everything we can to prevent breakages on your website. Occasionally an update may break something. In the event this occurs we will revert your website back to the backup taken before the update. We will then discuss strategies for resolving the issue going forward.
My website wasn't built by Fluid Minds, can I still get a website care plan?
Our care plans are designed for websites that we have designed and host. However, we welcome the opportunity to provide dedicated long-term care for your website even if we didn’t design it.

To get you on board we will perform a free evaluation of your website. We will log into your website and look for potential problems and catalog needed updates. We will then provide you with a quote for the services needed to bring your website into the Fluid Minds Website Care Plans.

At this time we do not offer 24/7 support. Our care team is available Monday through Friday, 7AM – 4PM CST.
